Placer gold mineral ,forming in the river bottom or low-lying areas,mixture together with river sand and other non-gold waste rock;placer gold originated in the gangue gold mine ,due to gold rock exposed in surface,aftera long time wind and rain,rocks are weathered and cracked,gold will be out of the vein and silt flow along the water,then natural sediment in the bottom of the river or below gravel deposition which formed the sand gold ore belt.Features:different particles sizes,the big one is like big beans,small like sand.
The placer gold is basically free state in nature ,the gold processing experience has proved that there-gravity method is the most simple and effective way for placer gold mineral.In order to further design the suitable process line with the actual situation of mineral,please provide as much as possible the corresponding mine and mineral data.

The first stage in alluvial gold mining is to take the dredged river bed material and separate the small sand faction from the larger mineral fraction.
In a typical alluvial mining process physical separation methods such as screening and gravity separation are employed to separate the gold from the mineral fraction.
For alluvial gold ore, we do not need to crush and grind the ore. The general processing flow is usually as below:
Stpe 1: Screening and washing (trommel screen)
We always use the trommel screen to wash the raw ore and remove the barren rocks and gravels.
Stpe 2: Enriching (Gravity separation equipment)
The gravity separation equipment such as the centrifugal concentrator, spiral chute, jig machine, are always applied on this process to enrich the heavy minerals.
Stpe 3: Roughing, scavenging, and cleaning.
We usually apply the shaking table for concentration after the 2nd step.
Stpe 4: Refinery.
We could use mercury amalgamator to recover the gold concentrate, then enter into gold melting furnace to smelt the gold sand into shape lastly.
