Electric Precision Panel Saw Machine
We make heavy duty electric precision panel saw machine. Before additional weight, our machine net weight is 800kgs, the others are about 500kgs. So, our panel saw machine is more stable and it makes sure the better cutting effect. After additional weight, the net weight can be 800-1000kgs as request. The cast iron table is 142kgs, the largest one in Qingdao. There is no deformation any more and the motors are fixed on machine main body. This update make sure the stable of machine during working. The machine body metal plate is 6mm thick. Metal Plate from the other suppliers is 4mm. The body is bent from a single piece of steel, less welding, more durable.
Motor rotor shaft length is 135mm, to ensure full power. The other manufacturers basically use 90mm length shaft motor rotor. Motors are according to international standard. E.g. 5.5kw is 5.5kw.
